Playa Nicuesa Lodge
Location
Piedras Blancas National Park (The Osa Peninsula, Costa Rica)
Description
Nestled in the rainforest on its own beach, the only way to reach the lodge is by boat. The main lodge is built from beautiful hardwood and has a communal dining area with a small bar. The staff are very attentive and friendly and the food is excellent, mainly made from local produce.
Activities
Snorkelling, kayaking, fishing, boat trips into the mangroves or to look for dolphins, guided walks and board games!
Accommodation
Cabins are spread throughout the jungle and have their own mosquito nets. The bathrooms are part open air but private. The Mango Guesthouse contains four rooms with private bathrooms and balconies.
Client comments and reviews
We slept in an open-to-the-jungle room in Playa Nicuesa and we can't say enough about the Lodge and its staff.
