Inspiration
The perfect honeymoon is a very personal matter and is of course a once-in-a-lifetime trip. You may want to head somewhere you have always wanted to go and tick some special experiences off your wish list, or it may be all about relaxation and being pampered, or, you might like a combination of both! We have organised treks along Inca trails, romantic beach stays, rustic Amazon lodges and luxury wine lodges. Your honeymoon is yours alone and we will work with you to create the perfect, unique trip.
Latin America is a wonderful year-round destination for honeymooners. It’s easy to combine culture, adventure and wildlife with time to relax in comfort and style. Many of our Dream Destinations are small, intimate hotels which offer the perfect base to enjoy a little luxury or pursue more adventurous activities. Mexico or Brazil’s endless beaches, with their shady palms and sugary sand, are perennial favourites. For a taste of vibrant city life, consider Buenos Aires, Cartagena, Panama City and of course Rio de Janeiro. Or for a truly unforgettable experience, how about an Amazon or Galapagos cruise, a remote lodge in Costa Rica’s cloud forest, or stargazing in the Atacama?
If you’d like friends and family to contribute towards your honeymoon, we offer a popular and flexible gift list service.
Best time
All year round for Brazil, Argentina, Galapagos and Central America. If you are planning a summer wedding, then do consider Peru and Colombia too.

We would like to thank you so much for making our honeymoon the trip of a lifetime. You immediately understood the balance we were looking for. The trek with Mountain Lodges was really a highlight; the fact that we barely passed any other groups en route meant that we nearly always had the mountains to ourselves. I think what made the whole trip work so well is how it built to the crescendo that is Machu Picchu, not just in terms of adventure and awe but history and understanding. Coupled with the fact the only decisions we had to make were what to choose off the menu, the whole experience was truly a trip of a lifetime and exceeded all our expectations. - AT and AP were in Brazil and Peru
