Description

A traditional hacienda just outside the Cotopaxi National Park, home to one of the largest, active volcanoes in the world. The hacienda has been beautifully renovated and maintains many of its original features, including a large fire place in the living room. Lunch and dinner are served in the dining room and are traditional Ecuadorian dishes.

Activities

The hacienda has its own private entrance into the Cotopaxi National Park, so guests can get in and out quickly and easily on day trips into the park. Riding, biking and walks can also be organised at the hacienda.

Accommodation

There are ten rooms, all with a private bathroom and fireplace.

Our comments

There is a rich bullfighting heritage at the hacienda and it actually has a bullring at the back of the property.
