Description

Just off Boca de Barra beach and a short walk into town. The pousada is simple but charming set in lush gardens and there is a social area with small library, a tree-top massage area and bar/restaurant. The Santa Clara is well known for its excellent 'Bahian fusion' food.

Activities

Swim, snorkel, canoe into the mangroves, ride horses, hike, read, relax on the beach or just wander around the charming village of Boipeba.

Accommodation

Around 10 colourful, individual and spacious rooms with ceiling fans, private bathrooms and verandahs with hammocks.

Our comments

Staff are friendly and just like the island, the atmosphere is very relaxed.
